Suadref Studios needs a revamp!
The web is progressing at ridiculous speeds! When I first played with web design, it was the Age of Tables. No one’s ever heard of DIVs or CSS. And Flash is for cool people.
Now web design is something else. It’s all social now. There was a quote from a malay movie few years back, “Social! Social! Ka-Ching!”. The movie’s called Bujang Senang.
And Flash is now for losers but only a few of the elite use it to its true potential.
The age of Narrowness (width) of the websites are at an end. Well, truth is, it’s ended more than a year ago. The age of static websites are at an end. The future is Content. And CONTENT needs to be managed.
Which is why Suadref Studios NEEDS to evolve with the web. I’m thinking, Suadref Studios will temporarily move away from VIDEO. It’ll be graphics and Web Services from here on in. At least till I get myself up to date with the era of High Definition. Mini-DV is now ancient.
The age of RANTS are over. Now it’s Content Contribution. So the new Suadref Studios Blog will no longer have any Rants about what a shitty day it’s been or what an awesome day it’s been. (actually, that’s been the case for quite some time now).
The NEW Suadref Studios will feature a more refined portfolio. I’m still considering whether to make this site a ONE PAGE LOVE, where everything is nicely arranged into 1 web PAGE. It’s not laziness or sloppiness. It’s art.
Or maybe the NEW Suadref Studios will span through several sections. Probably similar to how it is now, only more integrated. Easily Updatable. Which means more regular portfolio updates.
And now the crucial part. Commitment. If I don’t SET a DATE, it’ll never happen. So to ANYONE following this WEBSITE/BLOG…

Oh, and this website’s been hacked way too often. No, people aren’t out to get me. I just suck at maintaining website security. That’s why I design, and someone like Ram takes care of security. The NEW site will be more secured, I promise.
